Ingredients

  • BLACKBERRY
  • 350g Puree
  • 50g Sugar
  • 100g Water
  • 4leaves Gelatine
  • PANCOTTA
  • 600ml Cream
  • 300ml milk
  • 125g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
  • 5Leaves Gelatine

Method

  • Blackberry
    Soften gelatine, then boil the first three ingredients then add the gelatine

    Pancotta
    Soften gelatine, then boil the first four ingredients then add the gelatine.
