- BLACKBERRY
- 350g Puree
- 50g Sugar
- 100g Water
- 4leaves Gelatine
- PANCOTTA
- 600ml Cream
- 300ml milk
- 125g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- 5Leaves Gelatine
Method
- Blackberry
Soften gelatine, then boil the first three ingredients then add the gelatine
Pancotta
Soften gelatine, then boil the first four ingredients then add the gelatine.
