Ingredients

  • 100g Risotto Rice
  • 100g Sugar
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1pt Milk
  • ½ pt Whipped Cream
  • 5 leaves Gelatine

Method

  • Cook rice in the milk. Whisk yolks & sugar. Add to the milk then cook for 1min then add the soften gelatine
