Ingredients
- WHITE BREAD
- 1kg Strong flour
- 40g Yeast
- 500ml Water
- 25g Salt
- BROWN BREAD
- 625g Strong Flour
- 625g Whole Meal flour
- 40g Yeast
- 700ml Water
- 25g Salt
Method
- White Bread
Mix first three ingredients together for about 8 mins then add the salt and mix for another two mins.
Brown Bread
Mix the first four ingredients together for about 8mins then add the salt and mix for another 2mins.
