Orange Crisp Biscuits

Ingredients
- ORANGE CRISP BISCUITS
- 4 oz butter or margarine
- 2oz caster sugar
- 1 grated rind orange
- 5 oz self raising flour
Method
- Rub butter into rest of ingredients until it works into a dough. Roll into small balls 1" in diameter, place on a greased tray 2" apart, flatten with a fork dipprd in cold water. Bake 10-12 mins 180 deg C until pale golden. Remove onto wire rack sprinkle with caster sugar whilst still hot.
