Method

  • Beat together the 3 egg yolk and sugar until thick and fluffy. Add and stir in rest of the ingredients. Pour into a pre-baked pastry shell and place in the fridge overnight. Before serving grate bitter chocolate over the top.
  • Ingredients

    • RUM AND ORANGE
    • 3 egg yolk
    • 4 ozs sugar
    • 4 teaspoons orange flavoured gelatine dissolived in 4 tbs of hot water
    • 1 grated rind of orange
    • quarter pint double cream
    • handfull Dried fruit of your choice
    • 1 whipped egg white
    • Tot (according to taste) Rum (White)
    •  6" pre cooked pastry shell
    •  bittersweet chocolate. grated
