  • Hello Sugarkate
    This sounds delicious.
Do the balls of dough melt into a biscuit shape or should I squash them first? How many biscuits does this make?
    Many thanks
    Vicki

  • Hi Vicki
It is a good idea to flatten the balls of dough with something like a fork before putting them into the oven. It depends how big or small you make the biscuits, so I'm sorry but I'm not exactly sure about how many biscuits the recipe makes.
    Thanks, Sugarkate.
