Method

  • 1. Cook the beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  • 2. Crumble the feta and toss with the broad beans.
  • 3. Add diced chicken pieces - if desired.
  • 4. Drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • 5. Season with black pepper.
  • 6. Season with the mint.

    • 160g Feta Cheese
    • 100 ml lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    • 0.25 cup Fresh Mint
    • 200g grilled chicken (optional)
