    • 1 cup onion. chopped
    • 3 tbsp. flour
    • 4 tsp.  mustard
    • ¼ tsp. pepper
    • 800g ground beef
    • 8 tbsp.  ketchup
    • ½ tsp. salt
    • 1.5 cup sour cream
    • 10  hamburger buns
