Method

  • For the sauce

  • 1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan
  • 2. add flour gradually untill dough like
  • 3. Turn off the heat! this is very important
  • 4. gradually add the milk stirring to make sure
  • there's no lumps
  • 5. turn on the heat and bring to boil
  • 6. Add the cheese and the seasoning

  • Whilst making the sauce cook the pasta

  • . Drain the pasta and add in the sauce, stir
  • well
  • . place the mixture in a tin or bowl and
  • sprinkle some cheese on the top.
  • . put in the oven and check every 5 mins
  • untill the top is crispy.
  • . Take out the oven
  • ENJOY!!

  • by the way you might want to use you imagination a bit with this dish because i don't usually use

    • 25g Butter
    • 150g plain flour
    • 300ml milk
    • 80g mature cheddar cheese
    •  seasoning
