Tangy Macaroni Cheese Bake
Method
For the sauce
1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan
2. add flour gradually untill dough like
3. Turn off the heat! this is very important
4. gradually add the milk stirring to make sure
there's no lumps
5. turn on the heat and bring to boil
6. Add the cheese and the seasoning
Whilst making the sauce cook the pasta
. Drain the pasta and add in the sauce, stir
well
. place the mixture in a tin or bowl and
sprinkle some cheese on the top.
. put in the oven and check every 5 mins
untill the top is crispy.
. Take out the oven
ENJOY!!
by the way you might want to use you imagination a bit with this dish because i don't usually use
measurements

- 150g plain flour
- 300ml milk
- 80g mature cheddar cheese
- seasoning
