  • cuisine: Italian
  • Serves: 4.-5
  • Prep Time: 1hrs 5 mins
  • Cooking Time: 2hrs 0 mins

Ingredients

Method

Al's Meat loaf with french potatoes:
What you need: mince meat, fresh parsley, garlic, onion, parmesan cheese, eggs, potatoes, butter,
First you need to mix up the meat loaf: mix the mince with garlic, parsley, parmesan, salt & pepper and a couple of raw eggs, mix it around with you
Hands till it all starts to stick together. Flat it all out and stuff cheese and salami in the middle ( from one end to the other like a big line ) then you want roll it ( with yous hands) so it looks like a big log!!!! Then u need a big frying pan! To fry the meat loaf on. Keep a low heat and slowly keep turning it around
till it stats to cook!! ( u can also bake it )
French spuds: u really want to start this b4 the meat loaf coz they take a lot longer. Chop the spuds long ways but them
Into a pan add a load of butter and onions keep at low heat with a lid on, till they all look cooked ( they might look all mash up but its cool)
And now For the source: I would go for a simple one.!!!!

Al's Sicilian Napoli
Fry into a pan ( with olive oil ) a load of fresh garlic then add your pasarta ( plan chopped tomato's, tined)
chope up a load of fresh basil and a dash of salt and pepper and leave under a low heat ( with a lid on the side) for a while. Fry some objeans! And place on top of pasta when ready and don't for get your parmesan .
