Boil the potatoes until soft. Whilst the potatoes are busy boiling lightly fry bthe sausages on a medium heat. Chop the onion and bacon.Crush the garlic cloves and add together into pan once the sausages are nearly cooked through. Add the red wine. Serve with the mash potato. Enjoy!
Tips
On occasions I have added thyme for a slightly more rustic taste
