Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and whisk. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
When the mixture starts boiling, lower the heat and keep on a rolling boil, stirring occasionally until reduced. If it thinkens too much simply add a little more coke.
You can serve this sauce with fried onions or on it's own. I usually make a jugfull and keep it in the fridge. Try it you'll be amazed how moreish it is.
Tips
Make more of this sauce than you need and use it as a marinade for bacon chops or belly pork at your next bbq.
