Method
1. Boil the pasta and grill the bacon as required.
2. While these are cooking place 1 table spoon of double concentrated tomato puree in a dish.
3. Add salt, pepper and hot chilli powder to taste.
4. When the bacon and pasta are nearly ready add hot water from a boiled kettle to the paste in the dish to make into a runnier paste.
5. Cut the bacon into squares (preferably without the rind) and add to the tomato sauce.
6. Drain the pasta well and place into a dish.
7. Place the sauce over the pasta, and serve.
if you would like to cook it for more people just add more pasta and double the ingredients.

Tips
- if the sauce goes cold before serving, put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

- 1 cup pasta
- 3 pieces rindless back bacon (your choice of smoked or unsmoked)
- 1 tbsp. double concentrated tomato puree
- to taste chilli powder
