Method

  • Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and saute.
  • Add 600ml of water and salt, and bring to boil.
  • Add rice.
  • Simmer for approx 10mins.
  • Add peas, cook for a further 2 mins.
  • Drain tuna and crab. Flake tuna and mix with crab and prawns into rice.
  • Heat through over medium heat for 5-6 mins.
  • Stir in herbs. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.

    • 25g (1oz) Butter
    • 1 Onion peeled and sliced
    • 15ml (1tbsp) Vegetable oil
    • 300g (10oz) Quick Cook Rice
    • 200g (8oz) Frozen Peas
    • 268g (6½ oz) Tuna (Drained)
    • 125g (4oz) Fresh Crab
    • 50g (2oz) Prawns peeled and cooked
    • 2 bunches Chopped Chives
    • 1 bunch Chopped Parsley
    • 1 bunch Chopped Dill
    •  Ground White Pepper
    •  Salt
    •  Worcestershire sauce
    • 60ml (4tbsp) Lemon Juice
