Method
Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and saute.
Add 600ml of water and salt, and bring to boil.
Add rice.
Simmer for approx 10mins.
Add peas, cook for a further 2 mins.
Drain tuna and crab. Flake tuna and mix with crab and prawns into rice.
Heat through over medium heat for 5-6 mins.
Stir in herbs. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
-You can freeze this meal for up to 3 months

- 25g (1oz) Butter
- 1 Onion peeled and sliced
- 15ml (1tbsp) Vegetable oil
- 300g (10oz) Quick Cook Rice
- 200g (8oz) Frozen Peas
- 268g (6½ oz) Tuna (Drained)
- 125g (4oz) Fresh Crab
- 50g (2oz) Prawns peeled and cooked
- 2 bunches Chopped Chives
- 1 bunch Chopped Parsley
- 1 bunch Chopped Dill
- Ground White Pepper
- Salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- 60ml (4tbsp) Lemon Juice
