Seafood Risotto

Method

Heat butter and oil in pan, add onion and saute.
Add 600ml of water and salt, and bring to boil.
Add rice.
Simmer for approx 10mins.
Add peas, cook for a further 2 mins.
Drain tuna and crab. Flake tuna and mix with crab and prawns into rice.
Heat through over medium heat for 5-6 mins.
Stir in herbs. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.

-You can freeze this meal for up to 3 months

Butter 25g (1oz)
Onion Peeled And Sliced 1
Vegetable Oil 15ml (1tbsp)
Quick Cook Rice 300g (10oz)
Frozen Peas 200g (8oz)
Tuna (Drained) 268g (6½ Oz)
Fresh Crab 125g (4oz)
Prawns Peeled And Cooked 50g (2oz)
Chopped Chives 2 Bunches
Chopped Parsley 1 Bunch
Chopped Dill 1 Bunch
Ground White Pepper
Salt
Worcestershire Sauce
Lemon Juice 60ml (4tbsp)
