Method

  • 1. Peel and core the 3 apples
  • 2. Chop into bite size pieces and place in heat proof dish.
  • 3. Pour over the sugar and cinamon and mix well.
  • 4. Spread the apple evenly over the dish and again evenly pour over the syrup and mix if nessesary.
  • 5. In a bowl sive 60g of flour and add the butter
  • 6. Rub it with your finger tips into what looks like bread crumbs.
  • 7. now add the sugar and mix.
  • 8. Pour the crumble on top of the apple and place in the oven on high for around 20 mins until golden brown.
  • Tips

    • Add oats to the crumble mixture to give it that extra crunch.

    Ingredients

    • 3 baking apples
    • 20g sugar (brown is best but white is fine)
    • 2tbsp golden syrup
    • 1tsp cinamon
    • CRUMBLE
    • 60g flour (sifted)
    • 60g soft butter
    • 25g sugar(white)
