- Add a dollop of wholegrain mustard into the liquid mix, or throw in some fresh tomotoes or bacon piece if you have some kicking around.
Or you could modify to a french savoyarde dish called tartiflette. Use the base of the recipe, but add sliced Roblochon cheese into the dish, in alternate layers to the potato. This cheese can be found at delis etc.
