Roasted Potatoes with Paprika, Goose Fat and Sea Salt

Method

  • After washing potatoes mix goose fat/honey, and salt in a bowl. Rub mixture onto whole potatoes. Then cut potatoes into quaters.

  • Place into oven on 220.. Add a little more Goose fat to the bottom (with the garlic) of the pan for ''roasting''. Baste the potatoes every 7 minutes with ''juice'' from the bottom.

  • 5 minutes before time is up remove from oven, sprinkle with Paprika. Cook remaining 5 minutes.
  • Ingredients

    • 12/13 Pototoes. medium
    • 4oz goose fat
    • 1 tbl Paprika powder
    • 2 pinches sea salt
    • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
