After washing potatoes mix goose fat/honey, and salt in a bowl. Rub mixture onto whole potatoes. Then cut potatoes into quaters.
Place into oven on 220.. Add a little more Goose fat to the bottom (with the garlic) of the pan for ''roasting''. Baste the potatoes every 7 minutes with ''juice'' from the bottom.
5 minutes before time is up remove from oven, sprinkle with Paprika. Cook remaining 5 minutes.
