Place into a bowl or plastic food container the apricots, prunes, oats, seeds, yoghurt and the splash of milk. Mix. Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Stir. Top with two portions of the suggested 3 berry fruits above. Eg: Blueberries and starwberries or strawberries and blackberries or blackberries and blueberries. Berries can be sliced or whole.
Tips
This recipe works out as 3.5 weight watchers points per serving.
You can replcae the fresh fuit and the dried fruit with any combinations you like!
