Place oats, milk and cinnamon in a microwaveable bowl and stir. Microwave for 2 minutes on full power (850 watts / Cat E)
Stir. Add blackberries and blueberries and stir. Put back into microwave for another 2 minutes. Keep an eye that it does not jump out of the bowl, you may need to stop the cooking half way through and stir again.
Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sweetner to taste.
Serve.
