Method

  • Place oats, milk and cinnamon in a microwaveable bowl and stir. Microwave for 2 minutes on full power (850 watts / Cat E)

  • Stir. Add blackberries and blueberries and stir. Put back into microwave for another 2 minutes. Keep an eye that it does not jump out of the bowl, you may need to stop the cooking half way through and stir again.

  • Sprinkle with sugar or powdered sweetner to taste.

  • Serve.

    • 200ml Skimmed milk
    • 50g Blueberries
    • 50g Blackberries
    •  Sugar or sweetner to tast
    • ½ tsp Cinnamon
