Method

  • Mix the Gram flour with water to make it a paste -(resonably thick).
  • Add Salt as per the requirement.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and mix it well.
  • Keep it aside.

  • Cut onions in small pieces and mix it with the above mixture.

  • Heat the oil in a deep pan (make sure you have enough oil so that the balls float)and drop the dollops of the final mixture and fry it for 3-5 mins.

  • Serve with tomato ketchup or chilly sauce.

    • 4 Onion
    • 1 Salt
    • ¼Kg Oil
    • 1 Turmeric
    • ¼kg Gram Flour
