Method

  • 1.Preheat the oven at 180*c.
  • 2.Add ingredients in to the bowl and beet with the wisker untill a golden cake mix.
  • 3. Pour contens into the cake tin.
  • 4. put into the oven.
  • 5. let it stand for 5mins.
  • Ingredients

    • 225g butter or margarine
    • 225g self raising flour
    • 225g caster sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • drop Vanilla essence
    • as much as you wish fruit (raisins)
    • 1 bowl
    • 1 cake tin
    • 1 wisker
