Method

  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 180C.
  • 2. Cream butter and icing sugar.
  • 3. Add eggs beating in one at a time.
  • 4. Sieve the flour into the mixture and beat.
  • 5. Fill two 20cm tins halfway.
  • 6. Put into the center of oven and bake for 30
  • minutes.
