Method
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180C.
2. Cream butter and icing sugar.
3. Add eggs beating in one at a time.
4. Sieve the flour into the mixture and beat.
5. Fill two 20cm tins halfway.
6. Put into the center of oven and bake for 30
minutes.
