" Delicious Veg Soya curry which can be eaten as the main Course. "
Fry the onions in the oil with the cloves and cinnamon sticks till golder brown.
Then add the mince and fry for a min. Then add the rest of the ingredient except tomatoes. Add a teacup of hot water. Close the lid and let it cook for 15mins. Then add half tin of Tomatoes only and let it cook for another 10 mins.Finally garnish with Coriander and serve with Chappaty or rice.
