mash the potato. If the potato is hot, stir in the amrgarine, then add the flour & salt. If the potato is cold, rub the margarine into the flour before stirring it into the potato. Knead lightly, then place the dough on an oiled baking sheet & press into a 10 inch round.
To make the topping-
Heat the oil then gently fry the onions & red peppar for 2 to 3minutes. Spread the ketchup over the potato base. Stir the mushrooms, manjoram, vinegar, salt & peppar into the onion then spread them over the base & arrange the cheese slices over it.
Bake the pizza towards the top of the oven for time above until the base is firm & the cheese is rich golden brown.
