2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped until softened.
3. Add 330g tuna chunks, drained and 300g spinach. Heat until the spinach has wilted and the mixture is piping hot.
4.Meanwhile, cut all the lasagne sheets in half to make squares. Place 2 table of the mixture onto one end of each square and roll up so you have 12 cannelloni. Place along the bottom of a large ovenproof dish.
5.Pour 500g passata sauce over the cannelloni. Drain the mozzarella, tear into pieces and sprinkle over the pasta. Bake for 30 minutes then grill for 2-3 minutes until the top of the cheese is bubbling.
Looks great, make my own lasagne sheets which are just egg, flour and herbs etc. How do you stop it sticking to the tin if you don't use oil please? Thanks, Nikki x
