Grease an oven proof dish large enough to take leftover veg and sauce. Place milk in a small pan and add bread sauce mix according to pack instructions. When cooked add a generous handfull of the cheese and mix well. Place veg in dish and pour over the sauce. Sprinlke the remaining cheese over the top. Place in pre heated oven and cook untill golden brown.
