Place all items into a bowl and whisk until smooth, leave to stand for 20 mins. Whilst waiting pre-heat your oven to the highest setting. Place your Yorkshire pudding tin in the oven with enough oil to cover the base, leave until oil is smoking. Without removing the tin from teh oven place the batter in the tin until about half way up. Close the oven door carefully and cook on full power for 10 minutes, then turn your oven down to half way and cook for a further 10 minutes. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN TO TAKE A PEEK !
