Method

  • Mush the strawberries down into juice. In a driffrent bowl put the lemon juice, sugar and fromage frais. Whisk the double creamand add to the mixture slowly and fold in. Finally add the strawberries and mix thoughly. Place into the fridge, sorry but your going to have to wait untill its done.

    • 150g double cream
    • 140g fromage frais
