Method

  • 1. Cut and prepare the chicken, according to the number of people eating, into edible chunks.

  • 2. Cook your rice (white or brown) using the guidelines on the packaging. This normally takes about 20 minutes.

  • 3. Put the chopped chicken into a large pan and cook on the hob until it starts to turn golden.

  • 4. Turn the hob down to a low heat and add the jar of Tika Masala. (depending on how many people are eating, use half.)

  • 5. Once stirred into the chicken, add the jar of Korma to the mix, and continue to stir.

  • 6. Keep cooking the Kormasala on a low heat until the rice is ready to serve.

  • 7. Serve Curry on top of rice, and enjoy.
  • Tips

    • Serve with naan bread, popadoms and mango sauce for maximum taste!

    • 1 Chicken Breast Per Person
    • 1 Jar Korma Sauce
    • 1 Jar Tika Masala

    it serves alot of people on a low budget and is great for something different. Not too hot, but not mild either.
