Method
Mix tandoori powder in yoghurt into a paste. Or to make your own tandoori mix:
Coriander seeds, 2 tsp
Cumin seeds, 1.5 tsp
Turmeric powder, 1 tsp
Garlic Powder, 2 tsp
Ginger powder, 1 tsp
Mango powder (amchoor), 1 tsp
Paprika, 2 tsp
Red Chili powder, 1 tsp
Mint powder, 1 tsp
Marinade in the yoghurt overnight.
Chop each salmon fillet into 4.
Skewer with cherry tomatoes and either cook under the grill or on a BBQ.
Enjoy!

- 20 cherry tomatoes
- bowl yoghurt
- 4 table spoons Tandoori powder
