Method
To make the salad:
1. Peel the oranges and chop them in small bits an d put in a large serving bowl.
2. Chop the anchioves, olives and onions, then add into the bowl.
3. dress with olive oil, orange juice, salt, pepper.
Ingredients
- FOR SALAD
- 2 oranges
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 100 gr. green olives
- 3 Anchovy Fillets in Oil. drained and patted dry
