Mexican Style Veggy Pizza
Method
put the oven on to warm up at 220 degrees C
1)place flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl.make a well and pour in the water.
2) mix with your hands for 5 minuets.
3)mix in the parmasan cheese and then turn out onto a lightly floured tray.
4) cover the mixture in olive oil and leave in a warm place to rise for 30mins.
5) put in the oven for 10 minuets.
6) mix the tin of tomatoes, chilli powder, tomato puree and the sour cream together.
7) coat the pizza base in the mixture and then add the slices for the topping.
8) pop back into the oven for another 10mins then remove and add the cheese.
9) put back into the oven for 10 miuets then the pizza is finished.
