Method

  • 1)cook pasta in salted water for 10mins
  • 2) beat together egg, cream, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  • 3)drain pasta and return to pan, add the cream and butter and toss well in the pan.
  • 4)serve

    Ingredients

    • 250g tagliatelle pasta
    • 4 tablespoons Single Cream
    • 2 tablespoons Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • a pinch salt and pepper
    • 60g cube butter. unsalted
    • 1 egg
