Method

  • 1)place all ingredients in a bowl and beat together well.
  • 2)shape into 16 burger shapes.
  • 3)coat with flour
  • 4)fry for 1-2mins each side till golden brown.
  • Tips

    • i always eat this with salad but it works with most carby foods (rice, pasta, couscous) but you cant beat a burger with salad/chips.

    • yeah, its fine to refreeze them, i didnt actually mean to put use frozen veg because both frozen and fresh can be refrozen in these burgers, ive tried both and using fresh veg tastes better though

    Ingredients

    • 450g boiled and mashed potato
    • 1 egg beaten
    • 75g grated chedder or gouda
    • 150g mixed vegetables (carrots.sweetcorn.peas.cauliflower)fresh or frozen
    • 1 small onion finely chopped
    • 100g sunflower seeds
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley. chopped
    • 25g Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
