Method

  • whip the double cream till stiff peaks

  • break up the meringue shells into the cream

  • chop up the strawberries and put half in mixture

  • fold gently

  • put into deep glasses put rest of strawberries on top
  • pour on juice from tin

    •   tin of strawberries
