Simple Coleslaw

- This is a really simple recipe and brilliant for BBQs and to accompany salads, lunches etc. You can really add anything else you like - for example, peppers or apple & raisins.
I also find the coleslaw at it's best a day after it has been made (and refrigerated) as the juices have run and added to the sauce.
If it is likely to be served on a hot day I also add a bit of lemon juice to help preserve colour and flavour.
