Method

  • Break all the chocolate into squares and put into large bowl with the chopped marshmallows.

  • Heat the creme fraiche and milk in a pan slowly to just below boiling point. Pour this over the chocolate and marshmallows, mix well until everything has melted and pour into 6 ramekins.

  • Leave to cool and put in the fridge until set.



  • Tips

    • I usually serve with some berries.

    • 200g Belgian Plain Chocolate [85%]
    • 100g Belgian Milk Chocolate
    • 6 marshmallows roughly chopped
    • 300ml ½ fat creme fraiche
    • 150ml skimmed milk
