Method

  • Mix egg, water and flour together and pour into flour whilst stirring. Add salt/pepper and leave to stand for 30 mins.

  • Place pudding tray with fat in the bottom of each portion into a hot oven (220 degrees).

  • When Fat is very hot, pour the pudding mix into each portion. Leave for 30 minutes until puddings rise and brown.

  • Do not any under circumstance open the oven door untill they are cooked.
