Chilli and Prawn Spaghetti

Method

  • 1. Once chopped up, fry off the chili, garlic, chili flakes and onion for a few minutes in some olive oil. Chop up spring onion as well

  • 2. Start boiling the spaghetti in some salted water

  • 3. Add the white wine to the pan

  • 4. After a couple of minute, place in the spring onions, prawns and tomatoes.

  • 5. After another couple of minutes, season and add rocket

  • 6. Cook it for 5-10 mins or so, then add a bit of creme fraiche.

  • 7. Then when spaghetti is still a little bit firm, drain and add to the frying pan with all the other stuff. Retain a bit of the pasta water to put in the mixture if it needs some liquid.

  • 8. Add parmesan to the mixture, and have some on the table

    • 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
    • 1 Red Chilli. deseeded and finely sliced
    • 4 Garlic cloves
    • 8 Spring onions
    • 1 Onion
    • 1 Glass Dry White Wine
    • 400g Prawns
    • 300g Sunblush tomatoes
    • Bag of Rocket
    • Some Parmesan
    • 300g Spaghetti
    • Few Tbsps Creme Fraiche
