Buckwheat Pecan Crispies

Method

  • 1.Grind the pecan nuts in a grain mill, coffee grinder or grinder attachment to your food processor/blender/juicer. If you don’t have a grinder, you could chop them roughly with a sharp knife or process them with the S blade of your food processor.
  • 2.Melt the cacao butter in a bowl over a pan on hot, but not boiling water.
  • 3.Mix the melted butter with the buckwheaties, ground nuts and chlorella and and stir well.
  • 4.Place into one large glass or ceramic dish or small silicon or other mimi muffin trays.
  • 5.Refrigerate and enjoy when they have set.

    • 60g organic pecan nuts (or other nuts of choice)
    • 80g cold pressed organic cacao butter
    • 45g raw organic carob powder
    • 100g buckwheaties
    • 1 teaspoon chlorella powder (optional)
