Steak Dianne
Ingredients
- 2 fillet steaks
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 mushrooms chopped
- 1 Cap brandy
- 1 Small glass White wine
- Glob double cream
- 1 teaspoon french mustard
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Melt good knob butter, saute onions and mushrooms. Turn up heat add brandy. Add white wine. Add double cream, reduce heat. Add mustard and worchester sauce, gently simmer.
Season steaks and massage in a drizzle of olive oil. Cook steaks in smoking hot griddle pan to individual liking.
Serve steaks with the dianne source and chunky homemade chips. Enjoy with a large glass of good red wine.
