Method

  • Melt good knob butter, saute onions and mushrooms. Turn up heat add brandy. Add white wine. Add double cream, reduce heat. Add mustard and worchester sauce, gently simmer.

  • Season steaks and massage in a drizzle of olive oil. Cook steaks in smoking hot griddle pan to individual liking.

  • Serve steaks with the dianne source and chunky homemade chips. Enjoy with a large glass of good red wine.

    • 2 fillet steaks
    • 1 small onion finely chopped
    • 3 mushrooms chopped
    • 1 Cap brandy
    • 1 Small glass White wine
    • Glob  double cream
    • 1 teaspoon french mustard
    • Dash Worcestershire sauce
