I made Clive's Chocolate Fun last night as I had some very important guests for dinner. Thanks Clive, it was delicious! I've booked into the dentist this morning. The only change I'd make to the recipe next time is to sprinkle 6 crushed up nurofen tablets into the icing sugar, this might help to deal with the excruciating toothache that will follow a bowlful of this 'residue'. Thanks again Clive, keep up the good work! :o)

Glad you enjoyed this speciality dessert. Although I am not sure about crushing headache tablets on top, as it may spoil the delightful flavours. By the way I ment to say put into the blender for 4 - 5 minutes not 45. Therefore less of a residue and more of a delightful moose.

Great, that sounds even better. However I must point out that the 'moose' you refer to is a large, long-headed mammal, Alces alces, of the deer family, having circumpolar distribution in the Northern Hemisphere, the male of which has enormous palmate antlers. Perhaps what you meant to make was a 'mousse', which is far smaller, and ultimately a lot less trouble around the kitchen.
