Method

  • 1. Mix the chicken into the marinade in a non-metallic bowl. If time, cover and refrigerate for up to 60 hours.
  • 2. To cook, either stir-fry for 12-15 minutes. Alternatively it can be grilled, barbecued or oven baked for 12-15 minutes @ 190 degrees Celsius
  • Tips

    • See my Tandoori Marinade recipe for best results. I use no artificial colourings in my recipes!

      You can also compliment with a little side salad as per my picture

      Optional marinade -
      50g plain yoghurt
      50ml single cream
      1 tablespoon of cream cheese
      4 tablepoons of garlic, finely chopped
      1 teaspoon chilli powder
