Method

  • 1. print out a black and white picture of whatever you want the topper to be. (make sure it is reasonably simple)

  • 2. place picture under a see through plastic freezer bag on a flat surface

  • 3. melt the chocolate and either pipe or spread the chocolate onto the plastic bag, to the outline of the shape. Make sure the chocolate is reasonably thick.

  • 4. Leave to cool out of direct sunlight until set.

  • 5. To add extra details use different types of melted chocolate (such as white chocolate on milk chocolate)

  • 6. Once hardened (you may want to put it in the fridge for a bit)very gently peel off the chocolate, and place on any cake you like!!!
