Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the flour and leave over night in the fridge. Add the flour the next day. Pour into a loaf tin and cook in the over at about 190/5


All-Bran 1 Cup
Raisins/saltanas 1 Cup
Brown Sugar 1 Cup
Milk 1 Cup
