Method

  • Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the flour and leave over night in the fridge. Add the flour the next day. Pour into a loaf tin and cook in the over at about 190/5

    • 1 cup raisins/saltanas
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup self-raising flour
