Chop the butter and put into a medium sized pan and melt.Once the butter is melted stir in the sugar.Stir until sugar is full dissolved.Then add vanilla.Then keep it on a low heat for 30 secs.Pour into a greased baking tin and leave to set in the fridge.

Don't know what I did wrong, but I couldn't get the fudge to set - tasted really nice, but you would have to eat it with a spoon!
