Method

  • In the evening put the oats, apple juice, yoghurt and lemon juice in an airtight container and let soak in the fridge overnight.
  • Next morning add the grated apple and chopped nuts.
  • Depending on the preferred consistancy, you can also add some more apple juice.

  • Add the other fruit and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
  • Tips

    • This mixture last for 2-3 days in the fridge.
      You can use any fruit to top up the muesli, my favourites are raspberries.

    Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp Rolled Oats
    • 6 tbsp Apple juice
    • 1 tbsp yoghurt. plain
    • 2 Apples. not peeled. chopped or originally grated
    •  juice of ½ lemon
    • 1 tbsp mixed nuts. chopped
    •  Add any fruit like berries or a banana
